Service Content and Scope
41VPN provides subscription services for cross-border access and international route optimization, covering 100+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Actual route availability, client access points, and subscription details are subject to the user panel. Some routes may change temporarily due to maintenance, network conditions, or service provider policies.
The service is intended to improve network paths and connection quality; it does not replace the services of target websites, applications, or content providers. Account eligibility, content licenses, regional rules, and feature changes on third-party platforms are determined by those platforms. 41VPN does not guarantee continued access to any specific third-party content or feature.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and order activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no fixed limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but each account and subscription is for reasonable personal use by the registered user. Reselling subscriptions, renting accounts, publicly sharing login credentials, or connecting routes to paid services offered to third parties is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for consequences resulting from shared credentials, including account access, traffic consumption, or data changes.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Payments are supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Order status and actual payment receipt are based on the records in the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the target service is located, and must independently confirm the licensing conditions for the websites, applications, and content they use. It is prohibited to use the service to intrude into computer systems, distribute malicious programs, send harassing messages, infringe intellectual property, steal accounts or data, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful conduct or conduct that clearly harms third-party rights.
Users must not interfere with the normal operation of routes, clients, account systems, or payment processes. They must not use automated methods to send malicious requests, probe system weaknesses, or evade reasonable technical management measures applied by the service.
Service Availability and Liability
41VPN may adjust services according to route maintenance, network fluctuations, security incidents, and operational needs. Maintenance, local network problems, device configuration errors, third-party platform failures, upstream network changes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of certain features.
Users should select routes according to their actual needs and keep independent backups of important data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 41VPN is not responsible for losses caused by user devices, incorrect configurations, changes to third-party service rules, or failure to comply with these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Restrictions and Termination
If a user violates these terms, threatens route or system operations, infringes third-party rights, resells or publicly shares a subscription, or provides false order information, 41VPN may take measures appropriate to the circumstances, including issuing a warning, restricting certain features, suspending the account, or terminating the service. To verify unusual usage, the service may ask the account holder to provide the necessary explanation through the user panel.
After account termination, users must stop using the related subscription information and client access credentials. Order and dispute records that must be retained by law will be handled in accordance with applicable rules.
Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance
41VPN may revise these terms due to changes in service content, legal requirements, or operating rules. The updated text will be published on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights may also be explained through an on-site notice. Continued use of the service after the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund conditions and procedures are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment.
